Who we are

Akros Digital is a digital marketing consultancy based in Singapore. The Akros Dashboard is an internal reporting tool used to manage advertising campaigns and client performance data.

What data we process

• Advertising performance data from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend
• Client account information necessary to provide our marketing services
• Login credentials for authenticated dashboard access

Meta platform data

This application connects to Meta Platform products to retrieve advertising performance data. We use this data solely to measure and optimise campaigns for our clients. We do not sell or share Meta platform data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. To request deletion of your data, including any data obtained through Meta Platform products, email info@akrosdigital.com.sg with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.

Data security

Access to the dashboard is restricted to authenticated users. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
