Agreement
By accessing the Akros Dashboard, you agree to these terms. The dashboard is provided by Akros Digital, a marketing consultancy based in Singapore.
Permitted use
The dashboard is provided to authorised clients and team members for viewing advertising performance data, campaign analytics, and related reporting. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to unauthorised parties.
Data accuracy
Performance data displayed in the dashboard is sourced from third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free or real-time. Data should be used for directional decision-making alongside platform-native reporting.
Intellectual property
The dashboard, its design, and underlying code are the property of Akros Digital. Campaign strategies, analyses, and recommendations generated through our services remain our intellectual property until delivered to the client under an active service agreement.
Limitation of liability
Akros Digital provides the dashboard on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any decisions made based on dashboard data, service interruptions, or data discrepancies originating from third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
